Dan Good Cookies - “Holiday Campaign”

The Challenge:

Dan Good Cookies needed to reignite customer engagement and drive sales during the critical holiday season. With declining social media viewership and increased competition, the brand required a comprehensive campaign that would showcase seasonal offerings while rebuilding their digital presence and community connection.

Our Approach:

Launched a 38-day integrated campaign anchored by a Black Friday commercial featuring owner Dan Floyd. The strategy balanced product-focused content—highlighting seasonal favorites, holiday specials, pies, and core offerings. Content was optimized across Instagram and Facebook to maximize organic reach and customer engagement throughout the holiday shopping season.

The Results:

Instagram:

  • Post reach increased 16% (14K people)

  • Page reach increased 25% (25K people)

Facebook:

  • Post reach increased 134% (26K people)

  • Page reach increased 119% (18K people)

Overall Impact:

  • Retained and grew viewership by 67% in just 38 days

  • Successfully revitalized brand presence during peak retail season

  • Drove meaningful customer engagement and sales growth, resulting in Dan Good Cookies' highest-grossing holiday season on record
